GREAT game, BUT I'd wait for it to go on sale.

This game is so addicting and fun, but having finished the main story of the game it has left me wanting A LOT more. I feel like the replay value of this game isn't there compared to other rogue-likes due to the lack of variety in weapons, cards and upgrades. The colony sim portion was also really fun and creative, but again I just feel like there wasn't enough. I upgraded most of my colony quite quickly into the game, and it feels like I've seen all of what the game has to offer. The challenge in this game is also lacking. Having completed the game on normal difficulty, I died a fair amount going through the dungeon portions. When it came to bosses throughout I felt as if the challenge hadn't progressed, fighting the final boss felt like fighting the first boss.

The story, atmosphere, sound design, music, and art style all came together to create such an interesting world. I just think there could have been more.

Well, it's quite a shame that I have to type this review out but it needs to be done...


As a true mapler with over 600 hours (i use the launcher) i am disappointed in this game, because i just found out this game is not, in fact, FIRST PERSON. It's crazy how in 2017 Nexon still doesn't have the technology to accomplish this.
While i will not playing this game any further i hope nexon opens their eyes and adds a first person feature to this game.
