Fantastic game. I stream this on Twitch, plus, I build tracks for the game. It's not without its bugs of course, overall though, it runs very smoothly. I have been playing this for years. Highly recommend this.

I play this game on my mobile devices, and, love it. Grabbed it here on Steam to create another hospital for my union. Alas, the server selection on the steam app of this is very limited. There are 8 EU servers, but, only 5 are showing as available on here. I cannot access EU03 from here alas. Also, it does not open in full screen, just a small window. That should change too. Make it the same as the mobile platform. Players on Steam only get 5 gems for giving likes to other players once a day. Whereas, iOS and Android players get 10 gems a day because ads are enabled on those platforms. That's hardly fair. As well, due to the lack of ads on Steam, you cannot get the free staff Angel and Lucio. On Steam, you only have the option to buy them with your own money. Again, not fair. Orange needs to do better and have more equality for the Steam players.
