Portal Revolution is fine from a gameplay perspective, nothing mindblowing.
-But it suffers from the Portal fan project curse, which is having an annoying (in this case 2) personality core(s) yapping some very bad dialogue that tries its hardest to fit into the Portal canon nonstop in between chambers, which happens to be in between EVERY chamber if i remember correctly.
You'd think the visuals would be this mod's biggest selling point, at least i thought so from looking at the screenshots, and honestly, it does look good and the usage of lighting and the red lights does give portal revolution a distinct look, but a few test chambers in I started appreciating Valve's mapmaking skills a lot more. It seems like in Portal Revolution every test chamber must be sandwiched in between way-too-long intersections where you get to look at the inifity of aperture science, as if we didn't get enough of that in Portal 2.
This mod did give me some performance issues, but my PC is pretty bad, I don't think the mod is at fault, but it's worth mentioning that my PC runs Portal 2 perfectly, keep it in mind if you have a bad PC.
