Pro : complex and amazing storyline, this game is never make me bored watching all the dialogue which is very rare occasion
to me
have romance quest and card too!
multiple decisions and endings, if u want to make a good decision I suggest you read the quest summary in wiki :P
have some skirmish scenarios to play if you already finished the game or want new challenge.

con :pretty bad combat system, this game is not hack and slash game!
at higher level, bosses and enemies are a bit too easy to be deal with even in hard, the enemies dont scale good
enough if compared with the hero
you will need to run across the continent, they only have 1 chapter that have teleportation portals.

so overall I recommend this game if you like RPG, Fantasy, Open-world, Amazing story-line game. I played witcher 2 before this game, but still I enjoy this game a lot. If you waiting for Witcher 3 wild hunt, this game will give you a deep insight for next upcoming game of the year.
