This game is the coup de grâce of the franchise, the death knell to a once fantastic horror FPS. This game is filled with explosions and lacks almost any trace of horror I found in the original and its first expansion. The closest this gets to scaring you is the meat locker in the second or third level (they're all so short they kind of blend together). A good chunk of my play time here is attributed to playing something else on my phone because I found myself getting bored halfway through the third mission my first go around. I absolutely cannot recommend this to anybody that enjoyed the first game, but if you're looking for a super cheesy action game, here you go, I guess.

EDIT: Since some of the more recent updates, that gameplay has changed a bit. It's interesting to learn the new stuff, feels a lot like some other game I've played... *coughcoughTFGocough*
