To be completely honest, this is the BEST free to play game I've ever played. While there are bugs (not as many as one would think for F2P) the quality borders on AAA quality (nipping at its heals trying to take a bite of it). It IS a F2P but there is nothing in their limited shop that assists with game play; it's all cosmetic and its something I hope they add more too as it goes along.

Gameplay-wise, it's your standard open-world survival horror, though I don't have much experience playing those types of games so "standard" may be off. The rewards are rather generous IMO and you level up / learn new things to make pretty quickly. The phases add to the amount of area we can explore and missions we can do (though, TBH, phase 3 - the 1st one we are in as I write this - didn't add much this time around). If you enjoyed Fallout 4's base building you will enjoy this a lot and you will LOVE Eternaland (I won't spoil anything, but if you like building your ideal space to show off, this game has it). The monsters are cool and the sound is terrific. Other than that, Once Human doesn't break any molds or bring anything really new to the MMO table, but it definitely looks like the Devs found what they all loved in MMOs and made it work here.

BE WARNED: This game runs in Seasons. A 'season' lasts 6 weeks, each week being a 'phase', and we are informed that things "reset" at the end of the season. However, we are also informed that you can copy your base build and the things you learn to the new season. What that all entails we'll see when the 1st season end.

TLDR: I recommend this game if you want to really good Free to Play game. You won't regret it.

Back on the Steam version after the new update. So far, just like I remember. Great game. Too much to do LOL - but that's Fallout for ya.

This was my 1st SMT game (on the PS2) and I fell in love with the demonic pokemon-esq style play...but for adults. It's a classic and it still draws me in to this day. But now, I can get achievements on STEAM for my profile and that has me very happy (and working my ass off for some of them).

A lot of fun if you are a 40K fan. Lots of events and things to keep you playing well past the (long) story.

Definitely for fans of isometric top-down RPGs in the classic vein of Baldur's Gate and Planescape, but with a modern feel to it. The game is MASSIVE and just when you think you are done, it has you hold its beer and adds a kingdom-running sim on top of it...which you already thought you were doing....sort of. Just be mindful when you hit the 2nd act and onward, time is not on your side. You need to be mindful of getting through major decisions and quests or the game will slap you across the face...hard.

As much as I loved the book, the video game leaves much to be desired. The game's controls are a LOT to be desired. The clunkiness makes it almost unplayable when surrounded by enemies. While it was fun for a very short while to see Eisenhorn in action, this game is just a poor example of what could be. I would have normally recommended it to other fans of Warhammer 40K. But in this case, skip it.

I recommed this game but with several cavates to it.

For a poor man's Diablo III, this game is pretty good. It's a copy, to be sure, and while it does OK in the copy, there are many things that PoE does just to try to out do Diablo. Some of that good, most of it bad.

The game runs pretty much the same as Diablo except gold is nowhere to be found.

The levels are insanely large, so do yourself a favor, do NOT go into this with less than an hour or two to finish a map or at least find a portal. Also, do not go to the bathroom for any length of time if you jaunt back to town to sell some stuff while working on a map as the map may completely reset itself by the time you get back.

While not for the squemish, PoE loves to kill you. A lot. While this may not bother some people, when you get to higher levels and deep into the game, you start to lose a lot of exp each time you die. And since the bosses can be absolutely insane if you aren't geared / speced exactly right, you will find you almost lose a level by the time you are done with a boss (you can't de-level, but the constant death can make leveling a thing of the past once you get to a certain point).

All in all, for a free game, this was enjoyable. But the end-game content just isn't worth it unless you like frustration and massive amounts of repetition. Which, if you are a diehard Diablo player, might be your thing.

It's a fun little puzzle game. While it's simple in its design, do not be fooled, this game will pummel you with no warning. Unfortunately, after an hour or so of play, I discovered there is quite the grind of replaying previous battles in order to earn the exp needed to level up the girls so they can actually survive mid-map fights. While this isn't so much a big deal if you love puzzle games, it can get on your nerves doing the same fights over and over. But, this is a great time waster that should be picked up if you like puzzle and / or anime games.

Note: The translations from the Chinese are kind of funny and may cause some confusion to those not used to it. Luckily, I'm used to such things so I understand the devs meanings when things show up in broken English.

All-in-all, pick this up. It's simple, fun, and worth $2 and a few minutes of your time between big games.

So since I finished Vol 1, I went right into Vol 0. Pretty much the same as Vol 1 but shorter and you can actually DO SOMETHING!!! Unfortunately, that "something" is petting (or rubbing, or fondling) the girls on various parts of their body. This does give you achievements but is only fun if for about 5 seconds when you realize that it never changes what happens to each character. But, it is progress (if you can call it that) and it's a cute addition to the series but still not enough for me to consider it a "game" per-se.

But it is a fun (cheep) little time killer that offers a bit more interactivity than the first one. Of course, that means the fan-service is increased as well, which is fine. (Note: no actual nudity here though it's hinted at greatly....so be warned).

Well, 2017 (well, the Winter Sale, actually) got me to give in and try these "Light Novel" things.

Now, as an anime fan, I thought this was cute. Since all you can really do is watch it go by (automatically or at your own pace) it's another show to watch / experience.

As a gamer, this was boring as HELL!!! There is little to no input on your part. All you really do is click to continue the script and that's it. If there were any choices, that would have made it more of a game (and IMO, more fun) but as it stands, it has none and shouldn't be considered a game.

But, all in all, this was a fun experience (if, at times, a bit uncomfortable - I never will understand the Japanese fascination of sisters wanting to get it on with their brothers) and I recommend it if you need a break from long gaming sessions. I can definitely see the appeal for Fan-Service fans and anime fans alike. If the Nekopara franchise ever makes an actual game where you can do things, I'm in. An anime is planned, I believe, and that will be something to look forward to as well.

TTLD: If the price is right, pick up this little show but don't expect any actual gameplay, there is none.
