in the year 2008, I created a very well received Hidden Source Machinima which was a loveletter to the mod you and the talented folks of the Hidden Source Team, since it was one of my favorite games.
With the video, I was capturing the excitement and fun I had with the mod. I had limited resources and I was very young back then.
After the release of the video, a user who liked the video posted it on your Forums. You were one of the first to comment on it. It was a negative comment, even saying after another user said that "This should be the trailer for the game" you simply said "on the other hand, it shouldn't"
Even if you do not liked the final outcome, this was not a respectful way to treat a fan and hours of work and sweat that was poured into this project.
Needless to say, I stopped playing the game forever since then.
I wish i knew about this stuff when i was a kid lol
