Brigador is an iceberg; its depth is in nuance. Every time I play, I find some new wrinkle I hadn't noticed before in how a weapon fires, or what I can accomplish by firing it differently. I'll notice which districts have explosive pipelines running through the slums, or switchbacks created by unbreakable district walls.

Feeling a sense of exploration and discovery in *mechanics and gamefeel* is such a treat.

Brigador rewards attention, focus, methodical thinking, and tactical play.

If you enjoy speculative fiction from Heinlein or Haldeman, you will enjoy this game's writing. If you enjoy writing being shared through lore entries attached to proper nouns, you will also enjoy how the writing is presented to you. I'm looking forward to the book.

If by some statistical freak you recognize the title 'Body Armor 2000,' buy this game immediately and enjoy luxuriantly scratching some cognitive itches you forgot you had.
