Honestly, it feels like it goes on sale every few months or anytime steam has an event. My guess would be that it will go on sale for Halloween or maybe black Friday. I believe I got mine around the big Christmas sale so there is always that as well. I have seen it get as low as 40$ before though so if you can wait its a nice price. Hope that helps!
