I love DayZ, you'll love DayZ it's definatly something worth investing in.

Put it this was, kill zombies, find loot, kill zombies, run away from zombies and eat rotten fruit,

Its a crap ton of fun with friends so yeah

9/10 will change (worse or better) when full game/more stable and better optimised game comes out.
