بجدية ... نحن بحاجة إلى أشخاص مؤهلين ، وليس أصدقاءك. الأشخاص غير المؤهلين في المناصب القيادية لا يؤدي إلا إلى الكوارث. ما أرسلته إلي هو جداول بسيطة ومستند نصي ، لا شيء متقدم. شيء من هذا القبيل لا يؤهلك لتكون HiCom لفترة طويلة. نحن بحاجة إلى خبرة قيادية ، ومهارات اتصال ، ومعرفة تقنية متقدمة ، وتفكير نقدي ... لا نازيين يعرفون كيفية بدء طاولة. حتى الآن قمت دائمًا بتعيين أشخاص غير مهرة في مناصب قيادية ، وقد فشلت جميع المجموعات. إذا كنت تريد حقًا أن تنجح هذه المرة ، فنحن بحاجة إلى أشخاص مؤهلين.
