A heartbreaking metroidvania experience.

You know that feeling when you beat a game and you feel empty for a bit cuz of how good it is? This is one of those games for me. The bleak world of Ender Lilies can make even Dark Souls blush. The storytelling and world-building is top notch and made me want to explore, read and fight through the world just to find the truth behind the Blight.

Gameplay-wise, Ender Lilies doesn't reinvent the wheel, which is good. The map is a decent size and the array of equipment, upgrades and abilities feel rewarding once you earn and utilize them to seize greater rewards. Some say the combat is a bit floaty or it feels like sometimes you don't hit something but when you're just a little girl and the spirits are the one doing the fighting it made sense to me.

Highly recommended if you seek a Metroidvania experience. Bonus points if you love Mili's musical work. Binary Haze, we need a DLC, or something. Please.
