My personal Steam Award 2023 choice. I especially like diving and climbing parts. It has a nice scifi setup and an interesting story.

The story is very linear and the choices don't seam to make much difference. Also story is not that interesting for me. The game froze on my steam deck sometimes and you need to add a key to the controller layout. It still is playable as skipping over the dialog after a crash is fast.

No more PC VR support, best option is to uninstall and forget about it.

This can not reach SAO by far. But surprisingly, there are not many VR MMO and this is one of the better ones.

I had some trouble with 0x887a0006 DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG on my RTX4090. I think setting vsync on and a reasonable refresh rate fixed it. So far, it is as good as the fist two parts of the TOMB RAIDER reboot.

It is longer and has more content than I expected. It is fun to explore the world and find all the mechanisms. I experienced some crashes after long gameplay on SteamDeck. Still very good game.

I miss the language settings. Where are they? Well I read that you have to edit some text files. Unbelivable! Wellcome to 2022. The game is nice but cut scenes are a little too long for my taste. This is because I feel kind of disempovered while just watching.

The levels somehow do restrict your creativity. It is much different than the freedom you feel in a game like Gadgeteer. You don't build that much but rather flip some switches instead. Here you also use the controllers more like pointers as a mouse replacement. This game is from a time where knuckle controller are not yet available. It feels like VR was added as a afterthought.
