I went mad after i discovered that this game starts in fullscreen mode on my 1st monitor. So i researched it and found a solution. First you have to search for a tool named ac4 window mode tool. Then place it in your game dict and run it (the tool) and patch the exe file. Then remove the tool from the game dict and run the game. After that your game will start in window mode but you wont be able to move the window. So you have to open the uplay ingame overlay ( shift+f2 for me ) and it frees your mouse from the game catcher. Then you will be able to move the window to your 2nd screen.

To the game i have to say that the keyboard controlls are awfull.
I hope this little quick fix helped, i couldnd find any solution for moving the game window online.
