This was my first Guilty Gear, and I played the ♥♥♥♥ out of it.
Then I got +R and after a few weeks of that, the gameplay of Strive just felt boring in comparison.
I'm branching into Xrd but still waiting for rollback.
Strive was made for wider appeal and is more 'casual' than the previous entries and I don't like it.
If this was also your first GG, please do try the older games, you don't know what you're missing.
Anyway the animations have soul and every song is a banger (except Giovanna's theme)
