SUBJECT: Complaint #50638AABACKGROUND Rikky AKA Briketeh AKA (disputed) "trash" "rabbit" has existed on the internet in a particular identity for some time forming brand recognition.Rikky's brand recognition belongs to the community, not Rikky himself.Rikky has recently rebranded to something called "trash" "rabbit" (note the lack of capitalisation meaning for some reason this is not a proper noun).Rikky is supposed to play TF2 but is instead playing Counter-Strike.KEY ISSUESRikky is not allowed to rebrand without the community's permission as his identity no longer belongs to him.Rikky would be reasonably aware of this because I often see his profile and think "ah yes, that is my friend, Rikky".Presumably Rikky does the same but more often.Now when I see Rikky's profile I think "that is not Rikky, that is someone else" which is disconcerting.RECOMMENDATIONSThat Rikky's rebrand be formally denied and immediately revert to Rikky, Briketeh, Rikkity or some similar title.That the filthy trash rabbit picture be replaced with a picture of a Fortescue.
