Przepis na gołąbki
Składniki
0,5kg mielonego mięsa
duża kapusta pekińska
3 jajka
1 szkl. kaszy manny
sól, pieprzu trochę,
papryka w proszku
przecier pomidorowy (latem dojrzałe pomidory)

Przygotowanie
Do miski wrzucamy mięso mielone, pokrojoną drobno cała kapustę do tego 3 jajka, kaszę mannę i przyprawy.Z gotowej masy formujemy podłużne pulpeciki i obsmażamy na patelni (w niczym nie obtaczamy ) potem wrzucamy do garnka, zalewamy gorącą wodą i dusimy około 30 minut. Ja jako „fanka" cebuli do sosu dodaję jeszcze zeszkloną cebulkę i 2 ząbki czosnku.
Pod koniec wlewamy przecier pomidorowy, wsypujemy paprykę w proszku do smaku; ja dodaje jeszcze 2-3 łyżeczki koncentratu pomidorowego, żeby był bardziej wyrazisty smak i kolor.

szczypta kurkumy
1 łyżka posiekanego koperku
2 łyżki posiekanego szczypiorku
150 g gęstej śmietany 18%



PRZYGOTOWANIE
W garnku na maśle zeszklić pokrojoną w kosteczkę cebulę, dodać umyte kurki (większe najlepiej pokroić) oraz obrany i przepołowiony czosnek. Smażyć co chwilę mieszając przez ok. 7 - 10 minut.
Dodać obrane i pokrojone w kosteczkę ziemniaki oraz startą na tarce obraną marchewkę. Wlać gorący bulion, dodać kurkumę i całość zagotować.
Zmniejszyć ogień, przykryć i gotować przez około 15 - 20 minut, do czasu aż ziemniaki będą miękkie. Na koniec dodać koperek i szczypiorek, doprawić świeżo zmielonym pieprzem.
Zahartowaną śmietanę dodać do garnka z zupą, wymieszać i odstawić z ognia.

After a good game in rainbow six siege, i added him because he seemed like a cool guy. We got chatting, over the next couple of months we became good friends. Lots of banter, lots of great ranked games and most importantly true friendship.
I invited him to my house for a rainbow six siege lan party. He said he was coming so i was looking forward to meeting him in real life.
