Note that this review is from a builder's standpoint.

For you Starmade or Space Engineers players out there, this is one of the best games to come to if you enjoy building ANY kind of ship , hovercraft, or structure. The building system is very unique and offers many more possibilities than just placing normal blocks. You can adjust block angles and lengths as well. There are even options for slabs which can make builds look much more sleek. Objects are also able to be placed anywhere on another block, no object takes up an entire block so go wild with those pipes n coffee mugs! Cockpits are modular, allowing you to create awesome fighter craft cockpits and much more. Weaponry is modular and offers a wide variety of customization Not much else to say here as I have not fully experimented with it yet.

The "planets" in this game are currently presented as ring worlds. The ring worlds are brightly coloured and are nice to look at while building. The game is not fully complete yet, so do expect some bugs during gameplay. The game has no outstanding performance issues and it runs smoothly. I recommend this game for anyone who wishes to play another game similar to Starmade. Although this game may differ from Starmade in many ways, Starship EVO is headed in a good direction and stands out as its own game, not just "another building block game in space."

If "No subscription required" is in the description, it's a good game.
EDIT: Playing while waiting for FFXIV: Endwalker Early Access. I used to dislike this game quite a bit, however, it has recently grown on me. I have no idea what Zenimax did, but the game seems to be more enjoyable than it was.
