As gamers, we train our eyes, We need to be able to see slight movement from anywhere on our screen without focusing on one spot and then be able to snap to it with our eyes.

Never once tried to troll on purpose, but retarted is not accurate. A little off and crazy maybe but not retarted. Eccentric would be a better word to describe me.

All I am saying is that all man made lights produce waves of light normally fast enough that one cant noticed a point when they are not. And I have seen that point on many occansions where the wave is decending. Think of it like a Sin wave.

I have always played games at 20fps ish, Though I have started to notice frame rates around that point since I upgraded my computer. But then again I can see Floruesent lights flicker and according to some studies it generates light at about 60Hz I believe.

It might just be that my eyes just adjust fast enough that it doesnt matter, I honestly dont know.

When playing games, 30fps does give me eye cancer.
It’s like watching a Youtube video at 15fps.

It's choppy as ♥♥♥♥ and actually makes my eyes sore, especially when doing quick sweeping turns using the mouse in any game, not just competitive games. It just feels so sluggish I don’t understand how anyone can play a game at such a low FPS.

I can't even play on console anymore because of this, even though I have a 360 and a XBONE. I played on Xbox for years but since playing games at 60fps I can’t ever see myself going back, even for a console exclusive that I want to play. Every now and again 'll go back and play some old games on the 360 that I can't get on PC like Skate 3, but I usually have to stop after 30 minutes.

How you can think 30fps is smooth just boggles my mind.

While I do agree that having a custom pc implies you spent money and you want your moneys worth out of games. I like pc really only for mods and well Cheats.
A better PC means more mods, and updated graphics to me.

But even though I made it my main point, The FPS cap wasnt the main reason I commented on your Review, You said it gave you "Eye cancer" meaning it was unbearable to play the game.

30fps is still smooth and Mafia isnt a competitive game, meaning fps has less of a bearing on gameplay. Single player is much different and FPS verus AI changes nothing really in terms of playability.

I don't see how you can be okay with games having FPS caps, especially as low as 30.
One of the major benefits of playing games on a PC is that you have more control over your hardware, including having a powerful PC to run games at high settings and a high refresh rate monitor to take advantage of the better hardware. Having games capped at 30fps just doesn’t make any sense.

Boredom have taken hold of my gaming life. I cant play anything without wanting to stop after the first 30 mins. This could be because I want to hand out with other people when I cant. But who knows it could all just be in my head but what feeling isnt?
