It's first person Zombiod, it's been in development for less than a year and I can't wait to see how it progresses, if they add mod support this will be the best Zombie game in a long time. It still needs work, and it's fairly easy to get set up but I'm looking forward to what this small team can do.

It was my game of the year, but don't buy it. The dev only wants attention from corporate media and hates indy's. This dev hates you, hates your family, and hates what you stand for don't support these hateful people.

I don't know why I bought it, but I'm happy I did.

Play this game, play it with friends, mess up the most minimal thing, go no russian. Then log off never play the game again console money is more important to them than making a realistic game to the standards they set.

Revisionism by removing content from their game against the wish of the VAST majority users after they already milked them for money and not giving refunds. I will not ever give these grifters money again as they will censor anything their extremist ideology will come up with.

Wow it's MOSTLY negative but they changed the reviews because they want to hide the fact they REMOVED content years after selling the game to people. I wonder if they have any other books they want to burn while they burn their company to the ground.

The core game modes are great, pure BF shooting mechanics, new operators are an interesting take on modern games and BF core honestly happy that we now have an operator that can resupply their own AT/AA It's about time.

Is it just me or people who talk about bloom also think everyone who kills them is an aimbot.. really gets the noggin joggin huh?

My inane ramblings: It's a large open world immersive sim. It is exactly what I was looking for and what I expected. I didn't really pay very much attention to the hype or videos outside of a few, mostly the E3 garbage.
The game has good voice acting, the cast really seems to sell their performances. The biggest draw is the great visual storytelling. The environments are created with love and detail. Some of the shards have some great writing, I wonder if Mike Pondsmith himself was asked to do quite a lot with it. I just found one throwing shade at HL3 development, gotta say pretty bold considering this game had a 7 year cycle and probably would have benefited skipping the last console generation, but they would have left a lot of money on the table.
If you are looking for a GTA clone this isn't the game for you. If you are looking for a Deus Ex successor, also not the game you are looking for.
It is however it's own thing, lots of side missions, the freedom to make whatever class you want.
Lot's of loot, for better or worse so you will be doing inventory management if you pick up everything you see.

Issues and controversy: I have a beefy rig so a lot of the performance issues I don't have. The game is gorgeous though, and filled with visual bugs. From UI issues to T posing and audio bugs. If you know that, and expected that from CDPR anyone remember the framerate issues with Witcher 2 on launch? Also I still think the final act Werewolf fight in the flaming village in Witcher 1 runs at under 30 frames, let alone all the memes about PhysX in the Witcher 3 launch. Also Roach... basically anything Roach. That all being said I'm glad I bought this on launch and I hope you do too.

Also comment if or why you love or hate this game. Everyone should be able to voice their opinion even if I vehemently disagree with them.

Game looks great, plays fun. Get it on sale.

This is the only game I have ever refunded, and I have over 400 games on steam. The VR is jittery and janky on 3900X 64GB OC'ed ram on a 3rd gen NVME and a 2080TI running the original HTC Vive, the HOTAS support is horrible you have to remove your throttle to map your joystick not to mention the terrible deadzone issues, and the last straw was in the first mission you get hacked or disabled or something and it says to mash any button (cue Homer Simpson "Where is the any key?"). I pressed every single button on my HOTAS, then my keyboard then my mouse... So I pressed two more buttons Alt+F4 and refunded this game. I can not recomend avoiding this game enough. Maybe if you are using a controller, and do not have VR and do not experience a game breaking impassible bug, then I would say get it on sale for $5.99 you might get your money's worth then.
