It's is a very good casual game, but diseases don't even work like that in real life.
Once you evolve, for example, the disease should evolve only on a few people and then have to spread again, it's not like every infected person in the world goes somewhere to get the "updated" version of the disease.
Otherwise it is a really fun game.
