The game itself is truly amazing. I started playing this week and quickly racked up 120 hours.

Sadly their support team is truly horrible. I was falsely banned out of nowhere for "cheating" they tell me they have evidence of me doing it in game, however I know that is a lie because I have not cheated. I also use steam to Auto-Record my game play, and I offered to send it to them as well as other videos of me playing the game. They still don't care or help me in any way simply saying they refuse to help me further with this matter.

I do not recommend this game, as you have the potential to spend 100's of hours on it, and suddenly get falsely banned, with their support team refusing to help or look into the matter further.

Waste of my time.

============UPDATE============

I was finally unbanned after weeks and pretty much spam emailing the support team to do a human review. They finally unbanned me saying they reviewed my gameplay and found no evidence of cheating. Yet in their first emails they claimed they had evidence that they REFUSE to show.

They won't even tell my why I was falsely banned, stating "we must protect the secrets of our anticheat" like they are safeguarding the President of the United States of America themselves.

They then had the audacity to state that "If you are falsely banned in the future for the same reason which we refuse to discolse, then you may not get additional support"

Wow! What a great anti-consumer policy you have IRONMACE.
