One full playthrough took me just over 150 hrs. Tried to discover every nook and cranny but I'm sure I still missed a lot of stuff. Excited for subsequent playthroughs with different builds.
The game is near perfect. The only flaw, I think, is the balancing issues (some weapons and ashes of war feel so OP that you are almost forced to use those to finish the game). But even then this game is probably the best game I've ever played, certainly the best by Fromsoftware.
