Help me please figure out the truth.

What is going on here? Is this server the one in this link? Because I am utterly confused about it all, I have to find out if there is a chance to find this server again.

Also, if it's not, what happened to the "rebooted server?" I just found that post on the alternate darkrp group today. So, what is going on?
