What can I say that hasn't already been said? Just buy the damn game!

I purchased the game because it states that it is a Friend's pass game. I tried many times to get the game working with my friends however it never did. I tried reaching out for help on the discussion board and got no help. There were many other postings about the same issue but no resolution. I ended up returning the game.

What an awesome story so far, I feel like I've barely even scratched the surface!

Good bones but I cannot recommend this game in its current state. There is very minimal substance to the game and there has yet to be any content added since EA release. The game looks great and I'm hoping that the devs add more content as time goes on but don't expect to do more than house building and interacting with NPCs. The UI is terrible and makes it difficult to interact with NPCs.

I'm sure my rating will change with time but as of right now I would hold off on purchasing this game in EA.

I loved the first entry and have played it multiple times and finally decided to give the sequel a try.. Boy I should have started another run in the first game instead! The game play in PC2 is repetitive, even considering what the first game was. Even though there is no stat loss in this game the gameplay seems a lot more grindy. Money is what you'll be grinding for more than not, I found my self in this repetitive cycle of being broke, being hungry and needing money to go train/fight. The facilities in the game have hours such as the gym. I'll keep it short, the sequel just isn't like the previous installment and I uninstalled the game and requested a refund.

One of the longest early access games to date. Will I die before game releases?

Edit: After 3 years they have finally fixed the jank! This still isn't the immersive RPG that was promised but rather an action RPG. With that taken into consideration they have completely overhauled the skill tree and made the game fun. Would I recommend the game? Sure buy it on sale, I just got to the expansion so I can't comment on that as of yet.

Here is my most simple breakdown of this "game":
A beautiful playable cut scene that lacks anything that resembles an RPG or what was pitched to consumers.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this game. Serious.
