I’ve sunk a ridiculous number of hours into this game, and at its core, it’s still one of the most satisfying competitive shooters out there. The gunplay is tight, every round feels meaningful, and when your team actually clicks, it’s hard to beat that adrenaline.

Visually, the game has come a long way. The updated graphics look clean and modern without losing the classic feel—maps are sharper, lighting is more realistic, and everything just feels more immersive. It’s not over-the-top flashy, but it’s polished in a way that really suits the gameplay.

That said… there’s an elephant in the room: cheaters.

While not every match is ruined, it happens often enough to be frustrating. Running into suspicious players—whether it’s obvious wallhacks or just “questionable” aim—can really kill the vibe, especially in competitive matches where stakes feel higher. It makes you second-guess legit players too, which isn’t great for the overall experience.

Still, when you get a clean game, it reminds you exactly why this title has lasted so long. If the anti-cheat situation improves, it would easily be one of the best shooters out there, no question.
