FARTURAS DA KATIA
1 litro de água
1 pau de canela
1/2 colher de manteiga
1 colher de açúcar e sal
1 kg de farinha
3 ou 4 ovos
açúcar e canela para polvilhar
1.Colocar ao lume um tacho com 1 litro de água, 1 pau de canela e 1/2 colher de manteiga, 1 colher de açúcar e sal; deixar levantar fervura.
2.Juntar 1 kg de farinha ao líquido, mexer para envolver bem e deixar cozer um pouco.
3. Retirar do lume e envolver 3 ou 4 ovos, 1 a um, batendo muito bem a massa entre cada adição. A massa tem de ser muito bem batida esta operação pode demorar um pouco.
4. Deixar repousar por 1 hora e depois fritar as farturas utilizando um saco pasteleiro para o efeito. Depois das farturas todas fritas, passá-las com açúcar e canela.
