Also I have a low spec laptop which plays hl1 at 15-25 fps yet plays hl2 at 60fps so that might have something to do with it, also I have no counter strike games so I can't say anything about him in cs, please reply.

Some say he hax but I've only seen him play hl1dm and hl2dm and he destroys me with ease, at the same time I can't confirm he is hacking in Hλlf-Life specifically because I'm not really good at the game so everyone destroys me with ease. No matter the server.
