Valve is not giving the same conditions to all the players. Some players have 100 ping but in the real life they have 10 or 20. Some players have 20 but in the real life they have 150. Some players can notice that one tap is easy. Some with better aim are struggling to make headshots. Even with best aim than those first players. Experience that. Go to your friend house, that one with bad aim and 3000 hours and try to put your config and play with his acc. Report in my account if i am right or wrong. Try it first!
