(around 12 muffins)
250 grams of wheat flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
110 grams of sugar
160 milliliter of milk
125 grams of melted butter
1 lightly beaten egg
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and butter the muffins pans or put the baking cup liners ready.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
3. Pour the milk, butter and egg in and lightly mix with the dry ingredients. Add anything you like into the batter such as banana or vanilla.
4. Fill the baking cup liners just a bit over half full and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes on the middle rack.
5. You can check if they're done with a small fire matchstick. Stick the stick into the muffin wood part first, if no batter sticks into it when you pull it out the muffins are ready to be taken out of the oven.
6. Let the muffins cool in the baking liners/muffin pans for 5 minutes so they won't break apart too easily. After that they're ready to be served.
