The location in my PC is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment\LEGOBatman2

The value should be, assuming you have Steam installed in drive C:
c:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\LEGO Batman 2\
