Receta de empanadas de carne
jugosas y riquísimas!
1_En una olla con aceite caliente agregar la cebolla y el morrón. Dejar dorar unos minutos y cuando estén a medio cocer, agregar el ajo y un poco de sal.
2_Subir el fuego y agregar de una toda la carne picada. Mover la carne para que no quede pegada. Cuando la carne esté sellada agregar el tomate en cubos y las 2 cdas de puré de tomates. Condimentar y mezclar bien. Tapar (no del todo) #TapaEnChanfle y dejar cocinar una media hora revolviendo de a poco.
3_Sacar del fuego y dejar enfriar en la olla. Agregar las aceitunas picadas y mezclar bien. (En este paso pueden agregar cualquier otra cosa que le quieran poner: huevo duro, pasas, papa, etc)
4_Repartir el relleno en las tapas de empanada, y cerrar con un repulgue. Acá les dejo un video con los distintos tipos de repulgue.
5_Poner nuestras empanadas de carne en una placa y llevar a horno fuerte hasta que estén doradas!

1_In a pot with hot oil add the onion and the bell bell pepper. Let them brown for a few minutes and when they are half cooked, add the garlic and a little salt.
2_Raise the heat and add all the minced meat at once. Move the meat so that it does not stick together. When the meat is sealed add the diced tomato and the 2 tablespoons of tomato puree. Season and mix well. Cover (not completely) #TapaEnChanfle and let it cook for half an hour, stirring a little at a time.
3_Remove from heat and let cool in the pot. Add the chopped olives and mix well (in this step you can add anything else you want to add: hard-boiled egg, raisins, potatoes, etc).
