Btw I’m in the process of getting Bayverse Optimus added to Tekken 8 as a mod

I still enjoy it at 26 heheh. And when it was in theaters, I think I saw it 3 times

2007-2013 was the Peak era of transformers imo. Easily the best era, next to its popularity in the 80’s. I remember how big Transformers was when the 2007 movie dropped. The toys were constantly selling out, and the video games were so big too. I remember playing the DS games (and sucking at them).

I also remember when the ROTF game came out at my Walmart, it had a whole shelf dedicated to it. I wish Transformers can be this big again. It really started to decline in popularity post DOTM.

I played as Shockwave and he was a BEAST. It sucks that’s the only game where his DOTM incarnation was playable. I’m actually very lucky that I played the MP when I did because that’s how I unlocked the MP related achievements when I did.

So I was able to get them done before the servers were shut down and able to achieve that 100% on Xbox.

Same! I was playing on the 360 version and you were still able to get in a public lobby surprisingly easily. Though the only active game mode was team death match iirc. Still impressive to see that level of activity in a movie tie in game 5 years after release, especially considering it was also up against the cybertron games.

I remember getting a small glimpse of playing dark of the moon multiplayer on the PS3 back in like 2016 i was surprised that there was a few people still playing it was more fun than most military fps games I ever played

Yeah and I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ miss those games so much. It’s even more sad that a remaster isn’t even possible too. Our only hope is in emulation

Yeah they did, but again, at least they had a lot of relevance in the video games. Jazz was a beast in ROTF MP back in the day. Soundwave was pretty OP in DOTM MP too.

Jazz and Soundwave deserved better.

Yeah Bay did a lot of the characters dirty, Jazz too. Though at least both him and Shockwave had a lot of relevance in the games and comics.

Shockwave's death in the Dark of the Moon movie pisses me off and annoys me
