This game would be an awesome game if it wasn't for the constant frame rate issues. My rig beats the recommended specs, and should run the game rather well. But even at that I still get low frame rates and studdering when driving. Which is a big part of this game, it turns what would be a fun part of the game into a boring fight with traffic while you can't see. Untill this is fixed I must say this is a Game you should not buy. Not even if it is on sale, unless you plan on waiting to play it till after it is patched.

Besides the framerate and studdering issue I have only positive remarks. The world is beautiful and showcases the young culture of San Fransisco. The activities tend to get stale, finding collectables, races, and taveling to certain places to take pictures, but the sidemissions and different story archs are diverse enough to keep your attention. There are a variety of ways to complete each mission, and its completely up to the player on how they want to achomplish it. Overall when the game is working fine I would give the game a 8 out of 10. But I cannot recommend this game at this point in time.

This game has made great strides to iron out alot of the bugs. I've played through the entire game with little to no issues in mid 2017. Overall it is a fun game with a moderatly ok story.
