Great story, poor execution. This is a classic example of a developer who overpromised and underdelivered.

The AI is nothing like what was promised - vehicles follow scripted paths (cars-on-rails), NPC's in the open world are soulless, police doesn't really pursue you, etc. During missions it's fine, as it's all scripted (imagine being pursued by enemies in a car but not being able to shoot them, until a specific point), but in the open world it's really bad.

Character customization is a big part of the intro, but I hope you're good with the character you made, because you'll never be able to change it again. But it doesn't really mattter, as you'll only rarely see your character.

And then there's all the bugs, game crashes, visual glitches, poor FPS, and more.

I'll probably end up finishing the story and then forget about the game.

Do not recommend at this time, unless you only want to play the story.

This game is absolutely terrible. There's not a lot to do besides waiting and the graphics looks like they were made 10 years ago.
