Don't be cocky when you've accomplished something, Dont forget to appreciate to the ones who helped you. Once you win / lose to them doesn't mean they're forever better or worse than you. For me DOTA is all about respect, performance, cooperation and skills.





Motivating is a very useful way for boosting a teammate's performance. If a teammate has poor performance, never rub it on his face. He already knows he's bad, Saying thing like "U suck" Or "Uninstall dota and never come back" just disappoints the poor guy even more and destroys his performance. Instead, try to be nice. Give him suggestions. Explain his major mistakes politely and he'll learn his lesson.
