tons of replay value for cost ($20), has that addicting roguelite feel. characters are varied and interesting. enemies are generally fun to fight.
Thoughts / minor complaints:
- a lot of the game is running around trying to find ♥♥♥♥
- I suspect there might be minor kinks in the difficulty balance for diff characters on monsoon, and scavengers are a bit too much of a b***h.
- some challenges can be difficult
- commando without phase blast is garbage on monsoon
- seems like there could be more options centered around meaningful / interesting player choice and not just rng. I think shaped glass is a good example of this.
