Chili con Carne

Zutaten

800 g Hackfleisch vom Rind
2 Chilischote(n), rote
2 große Zwiebel(n)
1 Zehe/n Knoblauch
1 TL, gehäuft Kreuzkümmelpulver
2 TL Chilipulver
3 gr. Dose/n Tomate(n)
2 kl. Dose/n Kidneybohnen
1 Zimtstange(n)
Salz und Pfeffer

Zubereitung

Arbeitszeit: ca. 20 Min. / Koch-/Backzeit: ca. 1 Std. 40 Min. / Schwierigkeitsgrad: normal / Kalorien p. P.: keine Angabe
Die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch würfeln und in heißem Öl 5 Minuten anschwitzen, bis sie weich sind. Gehackte Chilischoten mit Kernen, Kreuzkümmel und Chilipulver hinzufügen und weitere 2 Minuten dünsten. Das Rinderhack in den Topf geben und bei großer Hitze ringsherum krümelig anbraten. Die Dosentomaten und die Zimtstange unterrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer kräftig würzen.
Alles auf mittlerer Flamme 90 Minuten köcheln lassen, dabei gelegentlich umrühren. 30 Minuten vor Ende der Garzeit die Bohnen hinzufügen und eventuell mit Sambal Oelek abschmecken (wem es noch nicht scharf genug sein sollte).
