Since this profile is not interesting, I'll teach you how to cook churros:
Ingredients:
200g of unleavened wheat flour
250 ml of water
50g butter
1 lemon peel
Salt q.s.
3 eggs
Frying oil
Sugar for sprinkling
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, light the water.
Season with a few pebbles of salt.
Add the lemon peel and butter.
Let it boil.
2. As soon as it begins to boil, remove the lemon peel and add the flour.
