vp copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period. Communicates reasonably well, but not someone you would choose to present a case effectively or to get across detailed instructions. vp generally seems to listen to others and take on board their views. Understands the importance of confidentiality, and can always be trusted not to reveal confidential or private information to unauthorized parties. Carries out jobs requiring the use of the hands or hand-tools well, but is not yet a master craftsman.
