I don't know why they took the Humankind formula with this release. It doesn't feel like Civ. The graphics are nice and it runs like a dream but ♥♥♥♥♥♥ there isn't a game to be played here. Not yet at least.

4/10- Humankind with a Civ 7 jacket. Just play Humankind or Civ 6, save the $100.

fkn amazing game. todd howard really got me by the balls with this one.

My first follower Billy loved it when I sacrificed his brethren, he eyes glowed with passion as the tentacles ripped through the floor and dragged their helpless frames into the Netherworld. He wanted me to cook only the best food and provide the finest amenities for the cult. When he grew old, too old to carry on, I married and sacrificed him on that same day, showing the cult that death is beautiful.

Its been 15 days since that day, and everyone has developed Coprophilia and just eats poop. ♥♥♥♥ this game.

Steam says I've only played 27 hours, but I've spent countless more on the mobile port (iPhone/iPad), and even more playing on TTS and IRL.

Excellent digital implementation of a great board game! I would highly recommend new players checking out this version to learn the basics of the game and the available 4 factions (6 if you buy the Riverfolk expac). It gives new players the chance to learn the rules on their own time in a chill environment. It should be mentioned that a few rules have been changed to accommodate the asynchronous matches, but overall really good!

99 hours in, and it's still a really fun game. It's HD minecraft with Tekkit on roids.

Yep, is good. Portal + Guns? What could go wrong? Projectiles can go through portals? Yep. Better than Valorant? Yep. 8.5/10 would recommend.

The character creator was the best part, and it was still garbage. If you enjoy making nightmare to scare the smallest of children, then this game still isn't for you. Rest in peace Bless. May you never rise again.

Too be completely honest, I don't actually remember playing for 94 hours. But if I endured for that long, it must've been something special. Or maybe the entire experience is repressed. Hold on, I'll flip a coin, Heads for rec, tails for no. I didn't have a coin nearby, so I folded some paper and drew the symbols. It landed on heads. The gods have spoken.
