Did you watch the robot chicken version? where linus actually summons the Great Pumpkin and the Pumpkin goes on a rampage and catches then eats the children using it's tentacles.

My current name is a reference to the old Peanuts cartoons. Linus around the time of Halloween believes that "The Great Pumpkin" will rise and give candy to all the good little boys and girls. Unfortunately Charlie Brown and Lucy know he doesn't exst which is repeatingly a heartbreaking experience for Linus.
