A broken game that won't even run. And this isn't just me, I have a thread from nearly 2 years ago that still get's comments from people who have bought the game and it won't start or run for them. If you google search for this game you can find a large number of other people who also can't get the game to run.

In the end I got a refund for this game as I couldn't even get it to start.

This game would really benefit from a good tutorial. I really wish I wouldn't have backed this game on kickstarter.

I don't understand the point or appeal of this game. If I wouldn't have gotten it from humble bundle I would honestly think it was a rip off. Graphics are commodore 64 era graphics, controls don't even see your mouse, and game play is the same of who can hit X random keys before the other person.

It's not fully free. You have to upgrade to really use this benchmark. This should be labeled as a demo.

The developers of this game don't know what they are doing. For example unplug your internet cable. Notice how you error out and go to a message about not being able to connect and what options does it give you? Just to try to reconnect. No way to leave the game, no way to quit the game, nothing but to sit there and try to connect over and over again. Now I know what you are thinking "But Bob Dole you unplugged your internet cable." Yes for a way for you to see what is like if you can't connect to the servers which currently happens all the time. For example when they have a maintenance on the servers you get that same error message.

Who there thought "Hey lets go ahead and create an error about you not being able to connect but then give the users no way to exit the game?" The fact that I have had to use alt+f4 or ctrl+alt+del multiple times to close this game is just sad. It's like they hired some guys right out of high school who don't know the first thing about designing software.

Want another example of their poor design? Just look at the interface that they don't explain to you at all. Seriously go to the inventory screen and explain what every single item on that page does, i dare you try. If you did it would probable take a few pages of text because there is too much crap going on the screen.

Now another example of their piss poor design is that you can't break down items easily. No see you have to go from one section (say backpacks) and break down those. Then you have to hit esc, select the next catagory and break those items down. So no real easy way to break anything down.

These are just a couple problems that a blind retarded monkey could spot within 30 seconds of playing this game. Don't waste your money on this thing. I don't care if it's a single peso as that would still be too much money.

These developers thought it would be better to create their own cloud save system that you have to sign up for and link devices instead of using the built in steam cloud save. I don't have the time, patience, or desire to sign up on their site in order to do something that steam already has built in.

If they redo the game without flicking then maybe it would be a fun game but as it stands the flicking makes it a horrible game.

This game makes me sad as it had such great potential but is so flawed I can't recommend the game to anyone. It also makes me sad that I can't play the game I paid for but then again when was the last AAA game that came out on the PC you could play on release?

I have a Windows 10 machine with a i7-2600K, 8GB of RAM, a GTX 970, and 1TB SSD drive yet the game is basically unplayable for me. I'm not saying I have the greatest gaming rig out there but I'm not trying to play at 4K resolution (1900X1200) so I would think I should be able to get at least a smooth 30fps. Do I? Well some times. Other times the game is so slow the sound stutters, graphics start messing up, and I can't do anything for a little while as the game tries to catch up. Oh and don't even get me started on the load times. If load times are this long and I'm using a SSD then I'm afraid to ask what its like for who are using old school hard drives.

The technicial issues have made it so I can't play the game and sure as heck can't do the annoying challanges since I can't properly control my character reliably enough to complete the challanges. I say annoying challanges because serious who thinks its OK to lock functionality behind making someone replay the same race over and over again till they hit some arbitrary time that they decided is a good time? Sounds more like the developers hate their audiance and want to artificially inflate the play time by making someone replay challanges over and over again trying to unlock abilities in the game. Add the technicial issues and the challanges are just a massive middle finger aimed at those of us who loyally have bought JC1, JC2, and JC3.
