Never thought I’d see an idle game crossed with Shadowgate but I’ll be damned if it doesn’t work. You can see everything within a couple of days but this was insanely good. I’ll buy anything this developer makes going forward.

Super short and I had my save game wiped in the latest update, but it's only $3. Fun while it lasted, really well-written and has an interesting addition to the gameplay loop towards the end. Definitely worth playing.

Not a ton of content yet, but it's Early Access. The core gameplay is great and they've already pushed out pretty significant updates and QoL improvements in the short time I've owned it. They're obviously listening to feedback from the players and adjusting the game accordingly. Best case scenario for an EA release.

I love this series in general and I'm glad this finally got released outside of Japan. I wish they had put more care into it vs. launching a game that is objectively worse than the original. There's just enough changes to one of the core gameplay elements to make the entire experience feel worse and the replacement of characters with more familiar ones from other games in the series mostly doesn't work. The model replacement in particular wasn't handled well and there's severe problems with the facial animations in key scenes.

I played for over 100 hours. I got all the achievements. I can't say I didn't get my money's worth, but from a story and gameplay perspective, this is easily my least favorite game in the series. If you love Yakuza/Like a Dragon, it's definitely worth playing but temper your expectations.

Absolutely ridiculous amount of content for the price and it's not even out of Early Access. This is easily one of the best Vampire Survivors style games. Challenge modes with good unlockable rewards were a great addition to the formula, and there's a lot of viable builds to use in normal runs.

Probably as close as we're going to get to a Panos Cosmatos game. Great atmosphere all around and would have made a great indie horror movie. It's a little short but it doesn't overstay its welcome and there's multiple endings to add replayability.

I like this game. I've had it open for 200+ hours. However, as others have pointed out, it will randomly copy the save game text to your clipboard and there's nothing you can do about it. This has screwed me over while I'm trying to do other things so many times. It has no offline progression so you're just kind of stuck dealing with it. The developer won't fix it, or even respond to anybody on the forums. You absolutely should not touch this game until it's been acknowledged and fixed.
