I bought Teardown during the winter sale, and I'm kinda disappointed. Its really not that good, in my opinion, and I'm genuinely surprised it has 95% overall rating. Its maybe a 5/10 game. The alarm system is annoying and I think not having a way to disable them is dumb. I thought I would be able to do things stealthily and that is very much not the case. Once you set off an alarm you have 60 seconds to complete all the objectives.

I spent like 20 mins on the first mission with alarms trying everything to disable them. I did logical things like taking out all the power lines using and explosive canisters to blow up the generator and nothing worked so I just set off the alarms and got out quick. For the next mission where you had to steal 2 cars and some documents I just decided to look up if there was a way to disable the alarms, and I found out that its not a thing and decided that the game is not for me.

Thankfully I played under 2 hours and was still able to refund. If you don't like the game after the first few missions I would do the same.

This game is just okay. Not good, not bad, but just okay. Do with that what you will.

EDIT: I changed from positive to negative after they started releasing car packs that were not included in the car pass that I spent money on when I bought this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for $100.
