Honestly one of the few games that I have felt like even getting it on sale was a waste of my money. It isn't comical --- it's frustrating. The controls are clunky. The tutorial is garbage. I normally absolutely love cooking games, but this one was such a waste of money for me, it's honestly upsetting.

This is such a fun, cozy little puzzle game. Some of the levels left me stumped for a bit! I loved that there was an actual story with the levels, and that things felt wrapped up in the end. My only complaint is that I wanted more!

I have played this game for a little over 28 hours now, and I have to say --- this game right here REALLY scratches the cozy game itch I've been looking for. I have tried multiple shop running games over the last few years and many planty games as well. Same for organization games.

This one has really, really struck a chord with me. It isn't overstimulating, nor do I feel stressed while playing this demo. And that's even with the day counting down! Making money to tend my little shop hasn't even been a stress factor for me. This is so rare in shop games like this --- I always feel like I have to get way too many things done in such a short amount of time. Not with Plant Nursery Simulator.

I love how realistic everything looks. I've never seen a croton in a game look so true to form! I can't lie --- I gasped a little when I opened the box and put them on the shelves.

I would like to be able to see a full list of the things customers have said are "too expensive" or "lacking". I'm not sure if this will be implemented in the full game or if it already has in early release. But it would be nice to have a customer reaction page of sorts. Also maybe a sales page where we can see what we're selling more of and adjust?

The music is soothing when it's playing. Sometimes I wish there was more of it while customers browsed. Maybe the ability to add a speaker or something, so we can control the regularity things play?

The only bug I have happened into is, when I am taking products of the shelves and putting them back into boxes, sometimes my character gets pulled backwards. I can run forward again while holding it, and then I get pulled into a wall. I am able to fix it by finding a place to put the box down, then picking it back up. If I don't pick it back up, I keep getting pulled through the walls.

I just wanted to throw out some suggestions and throw out the bugs I've seen. I am absolutely loving this game as it is in the demo, and I am looking forward to purchasing it soon. It's super cozy and I am thrilled!

At the time of writing this review, I have spent around 91 hours in the game. I am loving it so far! It scratches that Stardew Valley itch, while being notably different.


- NPCs are a bit more fleshed out than Stardew. I find their personalities more complex and I love the random group conversations Fields of Mistria has for all of their NPCs. I actually get sucked into them and read every bit of dialogue offered.

- The story is a fresh story. It isn't just a "your relative died, here's a farm to make better" storyline. As you progress on your farm, you go deeper into the myth behind the little town you're in. It also leads to some lovely perks that you can get for your skills.

- The perk system for this game is very robust.

- I LOVE LOVE LOVE the outfits you get get for your farmer as you play the game.

- Money isn't hard to come by...as long as you spend the first year only farming and selling your crops.

- Adorable, cozy music.

- A beautiful map that you can explore. You can tell this was a game made out of love and passion for the genre.

- Relationships don't go down if you forget to talk to a NPC on any given day!


- Time seems a smidge too fast; days are gone in the blink of an eye, making it difficult to really tend the crops, interact with the villagers, enjoy the mines, wander the map. Even when I focus on one or two things, I run out of time so quickly.

- Money isn't hard to come by...as long as you spend the first year only farming and selling your crops. For the first year, heavily perusing the mines is difficult, if you want to make money or if you want to progress the main story.

- Some of the items you can buy seem a bit overpriced, especially recipes. I also feel like the ore to ingot prices could be lowered a bit. Nine (i) seems a little excessive to me, and makes it hard to upgrade through the first year. Somewhere between 4 to 6 would be more acceptable, but that's my own opinion and not a huge complaint.


- A hoverable timer that shows when the next harvest of a reharvestable crop will be would be nice to have .

- Co-op would be amazing to have in this game. I have a hubby who loves to cozy game with me sometimes, and to be able to share this lovely new world with him would be the strawberry on the cake!


- I experience a little lag from time to time while tending my crops. Sometimes it happens while I'm spreading my seeds, other times it happens while I'm watering.

- I don't know if this is intentional or not, but items in the stone chest do not show up when I enter crafting menus. I have had to make a few wooden chests due to this.


All in all, though, this is a fantastic game and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to scratch that cozy farming sim itch! I feel just as excited over this game as I did Stardew Valley, and I super love the characters! Also...#TeamHayden

Adorable little game that doesn't take up much space, nor ask much of you. There are plenty of items to decorate with and they're all so cute! Great for when you're wanting to wind down for the night.

Unfortunately, in the state the game is in right now, I feel it is not for me. The timers run out so quickly during each mining session and, so far, the ability to chop things down seems rather high priced for what you get when you sell your beginning crafting items. It feels like a trudge to upgrade things.

At this point, I have played for 62 hours with my husband. I love it so far! It reminds me a lot of Black Desert Online with the way the combat system is set up. However, the community (though a bit small for a MMORPG) is a lot more welcoming and helpful. It's a lot less of a grind and there don't seem to be "grind rotations" set up like there were in BDO. The graphics are pretty and the armor sets for females aren't super revealing --- they're actually rather cute! I am maining Priest right now, and I like how it is set up; I'm able to solo things, but I'm also useful in parties. I've also tried crusader and mage, both of which seem like they will be enjoyable as I level them up. Character creation is fairly deep, allowing you to make decent tweaks to the body and face. I do wish the hairstyles were more variable, though the option for multicolored lowlight and highlight of the hair is nice!

It was fun...when it first came out. Now the servers are shut down. DO NOT BOTHER INSTALLING OR BUYING DLC.

9/10 -- Really interesting story with varying, thrilling and shocking endings. Dialogue, though, is unbearably anime-esquie. The main character is an absolute douche canoe and clueless through most of the storyline...despite the choices taken. Few females were worth reading through the dialogue for. No idea how this game has gotten the "very positive" reviews it has. I assume they paid for them or the Brony community really is that desperate for content The controls are an absolute travesty.
