this is, indeed, a death loop

there are so many good stealth-action games, why would you waste your time and money on this

you play as a raccoon who controls doughnut holes, which suck the population of an entire town under the ground; if that description has piqued your interest, and you have 2-3 hours of free time, then this game is probably for you

just do yourself a favour and experience this story ~

Observer is an absolute masterpiece of visual design that it takes full advantage of the futuristic cyberpunk world and uses it's science fiction elements to create a very unique horrific (and awe-striking at the same time) atmosphere in very small spaces; it is capable of makes you extremely uncomfortable at times without relying on jumpscares, making any of the modern horror games pale in comparison; voice acting is top-notch across the board and sound design is extremely rich, effective and at times very much overwhelming, delivering the feeling of sensory overload that the protagonist experiences at times; it is a great marriage of narrative & gameplay, they both complement each other very well, so much that even the controls very accurately evoke the theme of duality that occurs when technology invades a human body to such extremes as portrayed in the game's world; such attention to detail is not very common and i give it the highest of my praises

you get a 'Rasputin' achievement if you get stabbed & shot by several players, and then get killed by someone entirely different, what's not to love about the game?
