got warned in the past and would be perma banned (on every account) if he was smurfing. He recently got a smurf (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/profiles/76561198318984109/) Atleast ban his smurf and maybe his main too. He keeps on making new ones. I don't have a lot of evidence but tell what to get and I will get it. Anyways check his IP or history you will probably see that he's smurfing. (I believe you were the one who banned his previous smurfs)
