It's alright.

If you're a Madness Combat fan, I would definitely recommend this game.

I've not touched Story, I was never interested in it. Sorry.

Arena is the way to go, just like the original Project Nexus. Interactive mode is a good mode to reminisce about Madness Interactive.

Some content was removed over the course of developing this game, such as the ability to reload your weapon, and instead, you need to spend the entire magazine in order to reload. Arena used to be quite different in the Alpha and Beta stages of this game, and things were gradually added to make it more playable.

The current story in Arena is nice. There's a lot of grinding to be done, and there's enough content to keep you entertained for multiple times. I've spend hundreds hours playing each and every character combination I could think way back in the Beta versions of the game.

It is also incredibly nice to see that they are pouring their hearts out on supporting this game. As of 2026, it's still very much a 'playground' for your Madness needs.
