Claro! Aqui vai uma receita simples e deliciosa de **bolo de fubá fofinho**:

### Ingredientes:

* 3 ovos
* 2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
* 2 xícaras (chá) de fubá
* 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
* 1 xícara (chá) de óleo
* 1 xícara (chá) de leite
* 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó

### Modo de preparo:

1. No liquidificador, bata os ovos, o açúcar, o óleo e o leite até ficar homogêneo.
2. Acrescente o fubá e a farinha de trigo, batendo bem até a massa ficar lisinha.
3. Por último, misture o fermento delicadamente com uma colher ou espátula.
4. Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada.
5. Leve ao forno preaquecido a **180 °C** por aproximadamente **40 minutos**, ou até dourar e passar no teste do palito.
